Click 'Virtual Planroom' to login with your user name and password and view files that you can download.
Click 'View Public Files' to go straight to the list of files
Click 'FTP' to send Precision Reprographics files
After logging in through 'Virtual Planroom' or clicking 'View Public Files', you will see a list of folders.
Click the checkbox next to the folder name to select the folder and all of the files inside of it will be selected. After clicking the folder check box you must select 'add to queue' at the top of the page in order to download the file. In the next screen you will see the file names that were inside that folder.
Clicking the folder name will show you the files located in the folder. Clicking the file name will load it in the web browser so you can view it. To download the file you must click the checkbox next to it and then select 'add to queue'. Clicking 'add to queue' will show you a list of the files you selected. You will then have two options:
1) Go to Files (which will take you back to the list of folders)
2) View queue (takes you to the list of files that you have selected to be downloaded)
Clicking view queue will take you to a page showing you what files you have just added to the queue and can be downloaded. Folders will not be listed here, but instead the files inside the folder you selected will be listed here. You are able to 'select all/select none' of the files in your queue using the top checkbox. You can also select certain files by clicking the checkbox next to the specific file name. After you have selected the files you want to download, click the' YES download these files' button at the bottom of the page. If you would like to remove files from your queue list, simply select those files and then click the 'NO remove selected files' button. If you do not want to remove or download any files and instead want to go back to the list of folders, click the 'NO go back to files' button. Selecting this button will not affect any of the files in queue.
